Go Figure.

So many photo ops, so little camera. That's right ladies and gents! The camera is in Kurt's truck in Tucson, AZ. And of course, there have been so many great moments to capture. Not to mention the pictures of Ari, Elle, and Adelaide that are locked into the camera, who knows if they'll ever get out.

Tribute to Lilah

Being a second baby myself, I know what it's like to have fewer pictures and less moments documented. Even though I have given my own mother a bad time for doing it, I have fallen into the trap as well. Because I have already gone through the baby stage with Adelaide, I sometimes forget that Lilah is experiencing things differently and needs to have pictures taken of her even though most of her clothing was Addie's and frankly, I could probably get away with showing Addie's pictures to Lilah when she is older and telling her it was her as a baby, but I won't give in to that temptatation. So here's to you, Lilah, my second born, my beautiful baby girl. I promise to try harder to take more pictures and write things down!

My Little Red Heads

Who would have thought?

2nd Grade Already!

Time passes all too quickly. We took Jayden to her first day of 2nd grade Aug 25th. She was nervous for the new year, yet excited too. She got the teacher she'd hoped for, and there were faces she knew in her class from last year.

Mama, Buggle!

Like evey other kid, my Addie has fallen into the trend of enjoying bugs. Not my favorite, but it sure is cute when she calls them buggles! I got Addie and Jayden a critter catcher, Addie broke the door off within 5 min of me giving it to them, but they use it all the same.

A trip to Sawtooth Lodge

Here are a few pics from the Moore family reunion. Wish I had more... I guess I'm not very good at keeping the camera in my hand.

Friends!

We were so lucky to have our friends Shallece and Leximae come visit us for a few days in August. Addie and Leximae had a lot of fun together; Addie always needed to know where "Mae" was and they even got to the point where they were holding hands. One morning, I caught them in my room, mid-fall as they were hugging.

Zoo People

Okay, so you can't technically tell that we're at the zoo because there aren't any animals except for the FAKE penguins...but take my word for it. We're at the Portland zoo!

AGD Shoutout

Pretty sure she'd make the cut even if she wasn't a legacy.

Livin' LaVida Outdoorsie...?

A few pics of our camping trip to Horsethief Resevoir

Nothin' But Love

Addie can't get enough of her new sister; it's the first person she asks for in the morning, and the last person she gives a goodnight kiss to.

Addie is 2!

Wow. It has been awhile since the actual event, never the less, my little big girl did turn 2! June 27, 2008: Happy 2nd Birthday, my little princess Adelaide!

Welcome to the World, Lilah Eloise Moore

She has arrived! Kurt and I got to the hospital about 7:30am on June 16, 2008 for my induction appt and things went pretty quickly and smoothly! At 3:40pm, (with only three pushes), we met beautiful Lilah Eloise. She, along with mom, are healthy and happy. She is a little one; four days late and still only 7lbs and 20.5" We spent one night in the hospital and are home now. Here are a few pictures that we took, they are a little out of order because they came from two differnt cameras. Jayden and Adelaide are very happy to have a brand new sister! (Oh, and in one of the pics while kurt is holding Lilah when she is only 45min old, she is holding her head up on her own!)
